Privacy policy

The short version
- You can see price ranges without giving us anything but a ZIP code, ages, and (optionally) an income figure. None of that is stored on our side until you choose to unlock plan details.
- When you unlock, your name, phone, email, and the household details you entered go to one licensed health insurance advisor so they can confirm your quote. We never sell, rent, auction, or share your information with other agents, lead marketplaces, or advertisers.
- We do not ask medical questions on this site. Underwriting for private plans happens with the carrier, not here.
What we collect
- Household details you type in: ZIP code, ages, sex, household size, and yearly income (optional). These are used in your browser to price plans.
- Contact details when you unlock: first and last name, mobile number, email, how you prefer to be contacted, and the price ranges shown to you.
- Consent record: the consent wording version you agreed to, the time, the page, and the traffic source (for example a link tag), kept as proof of your consent.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider (Netlify) logs to serve the site, such as IP address and browser type.
What we deliberately do not collect
No health conditions, no medications, no Social Security numbers, no payment details, no dates of birth. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use your information
To show you prices, to connect you with one licensed advisor who can confirm quotes and enroll you if you choose, and to keep the consent record the law requires. If you consented, the advisor may reach you by call, text, or email using automated technology; reply STOP to end texts at any time.
Who we share it with
Smart Health Match LLC (the operator), the single licensed advisor matched to your request, and the service providers that run this site (web hosting and form delivery, and the advisor's customer-relationship software). Each is bound to use your information only to serve your request. We share with no one else unless the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email privacy@browsehealthplans.com or call (269) 953-2357. We respond within 30 days.
- Stop texts by replying STOP; stop emails with the unsubscribe link or by asking; stop calls by telling the advisor.
- Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Texas) have the rights those laws give them; use the same contact to exercise them. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Inquiry records are kept for 24 months and then deleted unless you became a client, in which case insurance record-keeping rules apply.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
